Roshni Sondhi

I am a counselling psychologist at the Department of Mental Health and Behavioural Sciences, Fortis Healthcare since 2013. I am in charge of the Academic Programs and Conferences at the Department. I’ve done my M.A. in Clinical Psychology and M. Sc. in Psychotherapy, along with specialised programs to enhance therapeutic competence in CBT, DBT, Suicidal Risk Assessment and Management, etc. I work extensively in the area of clinical and health psychology, with a focus on stress and lifestyle disorders, especially with adolescents. I take regular seminars and workshops with schools and organisations and have a keen interest in academics and research advancements within the field, alongside actively contributing to the field via writings and publications.
