I am a Psychiatrist & Psychotherapist practising in Mumbai, with expertise in Addiction Medicine, Depression, Anxiety & Stress management, and Cognitive Behavioural therapy. I am a lifetime member of the Indian Psychiatry Society & the Bombay Psychiatrists Society. I did my MBBS from Lugansk State Medical University, Ukraine and DPM (Psychiatry) from College of Physicians and Surgeons (CPS), Mumbai. I completed my Post Graduation Diploma in Psychological Counselling from IBMS Global Institute and did a Certificate course on Mental Health Education (CMHE) and on Basics of Addiction Medicine (CBAM) from NIMHANS, Bangalore. I am the Founder of Decoding Mental Health Pvt Ltd, a company which works in the field of Mental Health, undertaking online consultations, therapy, workshops, seminars, and training programs for psychologists.
