Nyamat Chadha

I am a psychologist with a gold medal in Master’s in Clinical Psychology from SNDT University, Mumbai. I work as an Assistant Professor at Maniben Nanavati Women’s College, Mumbai and am passionate about teaching, working with people, and spreading mental health awareness. In 2017, I started an initiative, ‘Let’s Talk’ on Instagram (@lets_talk_mentalhealth) with the aim of de-stigmatizing mental health concerns and normalising conversations around them. In the past, I’ve worked with Teach for India. I am passionate about working with young adults, people with anxiety or those with relational concerns.
