Dr. Rahul Lalit Khemani

I am a a consultant psychiatrist in practice for more than three years now in Mumbai. I completed my DNB in psychiatry from an esteemed institute in Tamil Nadu and currently offer consultation at a clinic in Borivali, Mumbai. I am also affiliated with Wockhardt Hospital, Mumbai. Previously, I’ve worked with various hospitals like L.T.M.G Hospital, B.Y. L. Nair Hospital, and BhaktiVedanta Hospital, all of which are based in Mumbai. I work primarily with child, adult and geriatric population, wherein, I use a combination of medication and counselling to holistically treat my clients. I have a special interest in the area of child mental health, de-addiction and psychotherapy. I’ve always strived for sensitising others and creating awareness towards mental health and psychiatric illnesses. To this purpose, I started a page ‘Psychiatristspeaks’ on social media to reach out to people in hope for a future where mental health issues are normalised and seeking help is looked at as an act of courage.
